Steve says: This car is quite rare in that it is an original 4-speed Toploader with power windows, power disc brakes, power steering, but no A/C; probably because it was produced for sale in the Northeast and A/C just slowed things down. I met a retired Ford dealer at the Ford 100th Anniversary celebration in Dearborn (the car was shown at the 100th) who has quite an interest in these cars. He estimates that there cannot be more that 40 of these convertibles with the 4-speed and the power windows.
