Galaxie Gathering Number 10 was held on Saturday, July 29, 2006 as part of the Second Annual Telegraph Cruise (www.cruzintelegraph.com) at Oxford Lanes at 2200 South Telegraph Road in Dearborn, Michigan.
The route for the cruise was Telegraph Road between Plymouth Road in Redford and Van Born Road in Dearborn Heights. Parking was secured for the Motor City Galaxie Club at Oxford Lanes, a bowling alley located approximately 1/4 mile south of Michigan Avenue on the west side of Telegraph Road. Here's a map:
The weather was almost unbearable, with bright sunshine all day and an afternoon temperature of 94 ºF. There were 26 wonderful Galaxies (and 1 Mustang!) in attendance.
